My 1976 Raleigh Competition, beside an unknown Tulare County "crick", alpine mountain-fed, evidently.
Despite being a very dry area, you will find plenty of life where there is water and shade.

This Just In!
I've finished building my 1981 Trek 412, and with the 700c x 35mm tires I was able to fit on there, it's like riding on a cloud.
It just floats over the cobblestones down by the river.
Here's a shot of my similarly-built Bianchi Sport SX by the same river:
My next build will be either a 1984 Dawes Ranger (531 frame) MTB, or a 1986 Raleigh Portage.
