Today I put in 28 miles of the 40 I had planned. Flatted at mile 12 and at mile 28. Had a tube, but forgot to bring enough Co2 for the 2nd flat.

Today I found a hairline crack on my roadie.

Nothing but a minor inconvenience w/ a year left to my 3 year warranty & a back up frameset.

With the back up frameset being mirror finished...
"Is that... is that electrical tape holding up your harness?"
-"Why yes, yes it is."

That sucks.

Today I toyed around on the dmr some and started to think about replacing the frame.

It's a small world, I would be in your area every time I go to target or home depot. Or the dreaded DMV...
I think you're the closest member to me. Genesee is a fun ride.

I rarely ride on Genesee, but I take Balboa all the time to access the coast or Santa Fe/Rose Canyon Path.

Balboa sucks on many levels.

A 22, tig root and hot, 7018 out. I let my certs expire and hadnt touched a stick rod in over a year. Been in the booth abour 4 hours a day for 7 days. Today was the light at the end of the tunnel.

I ran a carbon 6" coupon, tig root with stainless flux core fill and cap last week just screwing around. Pretty crazy how nice/weird it comes out.
