Ok I still don't understand the question "which velotoze cover are they?"

They are the velotoze that is shown in your pic. The only velotoze that's made.

I have become pretty good at putting them on. I actually put them on before I leave home, then I leave them in place on my calf/ankle but fold up the toe and heel and tuck them under the ankle opening. I travel to the race, register, warm up, etc with them in place over my sock. And then right before the race, I pull them over the toe and heel of my shoe just before I head off to the race start, its literally the last thing I do.

This moves struggling with the shoe covers to the non-stressed part of race day- getting dressed while still at home- from the pre-race stressed part of the day.

As far as the exact method of putting the covers on- I just do it they way the video on the website shows.

The height of the sock is limited by UCI.

Wait, you have a part of your race day that is non-stressed? I'm doing something wrong. ;-)

Haha I am pretty chill about it usually. I have been doing these guided meditations for the last 9 months. It has really helped my head quite a bit. But the unexpected thing is that it has made me see each individual race as part of the overall big picture. I think this has been the result of really considering "why?" and "what's important?". Somehow it de-escalates the importance of each race and turns them instead into an opportunity- for a win or a proof of concept or a learning experience or whatever.

It's weird and unexpected. Somehow it's not about each individual race. Good or bad attitude, I don't know. But it leaves me pretty non-stressed on game day.
