Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

You need less space or more stuff. Nice though, really neat.

Here is mine, I only wish there was a better way to hang my gloves...

I'm not even going to show my stuff. I've got my road bike bolted, chained & locked to the studs in my garage. My road shoes sit on the concrete next to my bike waiting my next ride, along with my helmet, air pump & water bottles. My gloves hang off my handlebars drying. My jacket hangs on a knob over the air vent drying, along with my headband. I have spare tubes in ziplock bags as well as a kit with tire levers & Co2 that I grab on my way out and jam in my jersey pockets. And my Garmin is usually plugged into my computer from downloading the previous ride. My tools are spread over my toolbench in the garage with my bike stand leaning in the corner. It makes sense to me, everything is where it needs to be for my next ride and it's all about the next ride.

I'd take a picture of mine but I have no idea where the camera is. And the stuff's scattered over several rooms plus the garage and I don't know what the limit is for posting pictures.

Behind the main bookcase are two additional bookcases facing perpendicularly giving me 12 more shelves that are hidden from plain view.

Great pic from the OP, that would be sweet to be that organized! I am more along the lines with rummrun6 and Rowan. I have a bike garage instead of a shelf. Also a bike shed, used to have a bike room downstairs too, but unfortunately been turned into a place to study. And not study bike stuff either, that really sucks!

haha yeah the OP's pic is awesome. My stuff is just all over the garage on several shelves. Most of my tools are for automotive or home maintenance stuff, but then my bike and old tires and tubes hang on the wall, one part of one shelf has a bunch of small parts not being used, kid trailer and other bike rims sit in the corner, etc. Another shelf is where I put my helmet, with glasses and gloves inside the helmet.

Maybe one day I could organize a corner of the garage like that. If only I could find a different spot for that engine hoist....

You are way too neat.

OK it looks neat but personally, I don't get it. You have a tire, brake pads, various petroleum products, a chain, some inner tubes, shoes and a bunch of other disinteresting products displayed on a shelf. You could just throw most of that crap in a box.
