Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Close eyes. Drip near the inside corner of your eye. Open eye. Easy.

I'm shooting for zero too. I got 5 stitches in my eyelid when I was a youngster, that's as close as I need to get to eyeball shots.

It’s a vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor. So idea is inhibits new blood vessels. Probably not good for your knee.

Man I wish that 1) my heel worked but mostly 2) I could get another crack at my big race from last September. I biked ~220w for that and wrecked my run - this morning I did slightly more than that at mostly under 140bpm. It was an hour less total, but for the race my HR was almost immediately at 160bpm, and that was outdoors. Man I want another shot.

Though not that exact race probably.

I've never established what the masses that form above my knees are comprised of. One would think mostly "water," but they're firmer to the touch than my thigh muscles are.

Which reminds me, it's Full Works Friday on KBAQ. Unfortunately I stayed out trenching in the back yard too late, thus missed the first half hour of New York Philharmonic doing Scheherazade

Gonna drink my trenching recovery beer and enjoy the rest, though
