I hate shaving on great older frames by fixiots it basically means they took edge grinder with a heavey cuttoff blade to a nice bike this
is almost criminal. Some people should just not have power tools and welding eguipment.

This ad appears to be from an LBS that is selling the $99 Wal-mart fixies for $130. Wow. Hope they are at least giving a good professional assembly and adjustement for that extra $31

I've seen them on closeout for $49 so, yeah, there is a lot of potential for profit. Sad.

Same with bikes it is not uncommon for the butchers to Bondo over there work and then try and cover it up with some paint. There are currently a couple of so called custome bike shops doing this in Denver where I live.

These are just awfull when looking at the bike coop I saw a dozen of them only a few months old needing major repairs or better scrapped cheapo stuff just doesn't cut it on fixie if someone actually rides it. It amazes me how often I see these POS liste on CL for more than current retail value. Last years models can be had for as little as $50-60 in a lot of Walmarts as said.

1200$ for a powdercoated and nicely redone Schwinn LeTour:

Lotta kale for that bike, even given the nice job.

At first I thought this price was a mistake, then I saw that they are listing as "NEW" a mismatched, crashed/scratched/gouged, set of brifters so maybe they are serious: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Shimano-Ulte...item3a7dc8eaf3

They have over 4 pages of auctions of newly listed items. All are priced at $1000. Obviously, some kind of data input error.

[h=2]Really? Your used bikes aren't worth that?? (campbell)[/h] Cheap frames
Always used more than you say
Never correct sizing
Always luring about how much it really cost
Making blatant attempts to cover up frame bends
Untrue rims
Ran down & stretched cables
Bent components
And finally unreal prices...

These are the daily bs that ends up on the bike section
Come on you jackass kids, we aren't fools
Don't sell a 500$ Bike for 700$ after you rode it for
A year and say you upgraded the parts
I don't care, you rode it, bent the rims and try to pass it off
As a dope ass bike
You don't work on bikes you pay other to
I'm disgusted with you fixed gear Pansy's
Never riding more than a mile from your house and claiming a century

Selling bikes and components for 3x their cost
If this offends you, then it's about you
a bunch of crooks and thieves you are
it's poetry

This was under bikes for sale, so I include it here. Semi-literate tattoo guy can ink you up with a picture of Constipated Marilyn:

[h=2]proffessional tattoos at lower then retail costs (chino hills)[/h]

I've been doing tattoos proffessiionaly for over 6 yrs now but a artist all my life. Times r getting tuff for me n my family seriously need to make some money on the side. depending on what tattoo you want to get, the sizes and how long it take to finish. i willing to charge as low as 50% off retail tattoo shop would normally charge there customs for the same quality proffessional tatttoos. maybe even lower if u can send me a pic of what u wanted i let u know how much. if ur really interested u can call me r txt (909)821-8584. r visit my facebook TheClubHouse909 to see alot pics of my works.

If this was a brakeless fixed gear WITH the child seat/ape hanger combo, this bike would be the best worst thing ever! Glorious!!

Nothing too silly in the ad, just the price. I bought a complete Nomade for $100 a few years ago. And that was probably a bit high for most. Plus this ad shows a shipping price of $402 to Canada.
