if one takes the chainset and front mech to be original cycle would need to be a bit later than stated date
chainset is the the G2 version which launched in '77
very earliest Sachs Huret marked products were ~'78 when they commenced their four digit date marking system
of course these two items could represent changes made to cycle...

AND I see juvela beat me to it on some of the observations! Also re: what 52tele mentions below, the bars and hoods have that "molded-on fake leather" plastic that I never saw on Motos prior to '79, plus never saw them in "brown" before. Really hard to remove intact, but really easy with a Stanley knife!

given that headbadge, not to mention some of the components, this is later than 1975. My guesses: '77 or after and might also be a non-USA-market model.
