So stoked. I have a feeling that I will be limiting my structured road rides to 3/week now, and estimating a lot of TSS...
For $2500 you can have electronic XTR, programmable shifts for both derailleurs from 1 shifter.

That sounds nice, but it's a lot more than I'm going to spend.

Also, I'm going 1x up front.

A bit spoiled by the weather we've been having. Chilly and overcast out.

hot as balls here the past two days. Even I am beginning to worry that if we don't get a lot of rain it will get bad around here. Starting to see some trees looking like they are on the edge. Dead trees don't turn green again with a couple days of rain.

I know, I was just throwing it out there. I read a review which said "Shimano has perfected front shifting at a time when everyone wants it to go away".
I always wonder if the 1x would give me a low enough gear. It seems to work for people I've ridden with, except on a short road section where they didn't have the high gear I do with a triple.
Now I'll be thinking about a new mtb all day.

@MDcatV, i just found out that all of the Spanish-languaged sport channels are available with the 2nd lowest level of comcast cable subscription. Bein, Fox, and ESPN are all available, though instead of getting the marquee match of the day between Bayern and Wolfsburg, i'm getting Bertha v Köln. #firstworldproblems

Tried on some Hincapie stuff yesterday..we might be using them for our kits next year.

I fit in their medium for the line of clothing we are considering :O

My teammate that ordered the fit kit told me it fit big after he tried it on..but its still kind of surprising to me that I fit in a medium

Yep. I was on a collegiate team a while back that got Hincapie kits, ordered Small as per my usual. Big mistake.

If you are going with Hincapie's Velocity line, it is well worth the money to upgrade to the Velocity Plus bibs. The difference is quite noticeable.

And yes, Hincapie clothes do tend to run big. I have their small bibs and jerseys, but other than the arm diameter, I could probably get away with an XS jersey.

My wife has these protein bars for her diet I'm not allowed to eat, but I was hungry on Monday and had one. Now I've gone through 3 boxes which I have to replenish before she flies in.

I feel like the Dumb and Dumber guys when they spent the million and put all the IOU notes in the briefcase.

Hincapie kits are vanity sized so George could wear a small.
