Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

That’s cool. On the other end of the spectrum is my BD SS/FG which is a tank and weighs around 25 pounds.

I haven't weighed the Langster, because it's all about style.

But it's the TOC and about on par with the Tour of Rwanda. There's a reason it's free. Nobody would pay for it and that's coming from someone (me) who'll watch pro racing in some pretty far-flung parts of the world in languages I can't understand.

Even Sagan can't help this year.

I especially like the asymmetric bar tape. My Roubaix tape is half-black and half-white like the two guys in the Classic Trek episode “Let that be your final battlefield.”

If you watched, you know he is trying very hard.

Brandon McNulty is racing, so I’ll watch it. He stole most of my KOMs 5 years ago, and he’s beat me many times in the Phoenix Underground Crit. He waves to me on his training rides, so I’m gonna watch any race he’s in.

Here's a nice little flat route that I use for TT training

https://www.strava.com/routes/18860247

not absolutely flat, but pretty close.

the first 30 miles is basically wide open

Im not planning on riding while I’m in Phoenix. I’m there for a work conference.

Sixers lost in heartbreaking fashion.

It's cold and raining again.

Amazing finish to that game, too bad somebody had to lose. But that's usually the case in Game 7's.

Moving forward with the NBA Playoffs, I'd either like to see either A) The Warriors win it all without KD or B) The Greek Freak and the Bucks beating the Warriors at full strength.

That was a great game. I'm a Raps fan, but could not complain about either outcome.

It's possible. I am guilty of being a Sagan fan so of course I enjoyed watching the stage yesterday. I suspect for him it was like shooting fish in a barrel.
