130 miles... have done that distance several times in various places... never did a "24 hour ride" though. Did "twin century" rides a few times, thus 200 miles in two days back to back... or something like 200 miles in 30 hours.
While touring, 100 mile days were not uncommon at all...

100 miles is a long day touring, unless it's credit card touring.

The longest distance I have ridden on one calender day is 350 km. The longest distance within 24 hours was 400 km on my first brevet, starting at 5.00 pm and finishing at 11.30 am the next day. It was actually 420 km, counting the distance from and to the train station.

400k. One 15 and one 18.5 hours, the first having only ~6000' and the latter ~15,000'. Both rides started a little before dawn which was OK. I had to ride for a couple hours in the dark for the slower ride. I didn't enjoy that part, too scary, traffic and animals.

135 miles from Dubois, Wyoming to Jeffrey City, Wyoming on a 90-pound loaded touring bike. I felt invincible until the mosquitoes descended at about mile 105.
This summer I'm hoping to see how far I can go on an unloaded bike. My goal is 200 miles or a 24-hour brevet.

A week ago I rode my first 600 km brevet (I didn't sleep), so my longest bike ride went beyond single day and doesn't count any more in this thread.

I never tried for super distance. My strongest bike racing summer I did go for what I knew would be around 150 miles from Boston, northwest in to New Hampshire, west to Peterboro, south back to Massachusetts, and east back to Boston. Got lost at the MA/NH border and rode an extra 25 miles. Back on course, I rode west on NY's 101 over the hill. At the top, I discovered I was at the base of the auto road up Pack Monadnock, a hill I had seen many times from Mt Monadnock but never been up. So I went up. In my racing 42-19. ~1000' at well over 10%. Reward was going down 101 into Peterboro. Fast!!! 175 for the day.
Later that summer I did a much easier 175 as a day ride around Worcester, never getting within 20 miles of the city. A long day but an easy ride.
Recent years it has been three different days of over 130 miles, one of those on a fix gear.

I hit a full 200 miles last April. It was about 190, but I decided to take a couple extra loops to round it up to 200.
It took a long time. Leave it at that.
I've done several rides in the 140 to 180 mile range, with a couple of the shorter ones done in mostly daylight.
Towing, Carrying, and Hills do seem to impact my distance riding significantly.

Not sure what my longest ride is. My brother-in-law and I rode the Jamestown Gran Fondo (Virginia) with no GPS and a basic Cateye computer. The Cateye's battery died during the ride. We got lost using hard copy route maps. We came in dead last. They were breaking down the tables, tents, food tables etc when we got back to the finish line.
I estimate we rode 110-115 miles for that "Century Ride". When I got home, I immediately ordered a Garmin. I will never do a ride of this distance without a computer.

I don't remember if I responded to this before or not. I consider 24 hrs. a day. Some ultra rides start one day and finish the next which is 24 hrs. Believe it or not I rode 301 miles in 22 hrs. of a 24 hr. ride and was on the bike 20 hrs. 25 minutes of that 22 hrs. Here is the kicker though it was on a closed. 2.1 mile looped closed course which once was called the 24 hrs. of Booty now politically correct called 24 hrs. Foundation. I rode mine at Columbia Md. 3 years ago and now this year it was run at John Hopkins University in Baltimore. They also run it at Indy and Charlotte NC. I know my booty was tired after the ride.
