Replacing the against-the-ratchet washer on SunTour Power shifters

I'm putting 50-year-old Suntour Power Ratchet downtube shifters on my wife's rando bike, and they needed cleaning after removing from their original home on a 1974 Nishiki.
I somehow lost one of the circular washers that sits recessed against the ratchet piece itself. I'll likely grab one from a spare shifter - hopefully Suntour ratchet barcons use the same washer size.
But I'm curious whether these can be found elsewhere.

The part is #9 in the exploded diagram:

Check that it isn't stuck against the side of the ratchet wheel.
