Having lunch beer! This is probably my favorite beer these days. It's perfect in every way.

gin and tonics with tonic by Hansen's (as in the soda company)
bourbon and ginger ale...

this weekend is my wedding
we are having whiskey muddled with blackberry and topped with ginger ale...
and guava juice mixed with vodka topped with champagne.

my soon to be wifey is a winemaker, so ive been drinking her red blends and port...
her hobbie is brewing beer haha (i know shes super awesome) so ive been drinking her belgian tripel, spiced belgian whit, and dry hopped pale ale. all super good.

for our honeymoon we are going to london for a few days then jumping on a skandinavian cruise...first stop belgium. going to brugge and drink a ****load of awesome belgian beer. i dunno if you can tell but we love belgian beer haha...mostly all the trapist monk stuff, and chimay, and delerium.

besides alcohol? water.

DUDE, I just got back from a trip to Belgium that was mostly about beer. You should be able to find Westvleteren in some of the tourist beer shops (assuming it's legit and not counterfeit... who the hell knows.) I like lambics, so I was all about the Cantillon and 3 Fonteinen and Oude De Cam. If you can make it to Beersel, the 3 Fonteinen restaurant is really lovely. If you go to Brussels, go to A La Becasse, and Moeder Lambic, and Al La Mort Subite -- all great bars. Moeder Lambic is especially awesome. Also if you like lambics at all, the tour at Cantillon brewery is well worth the 6 Euro.

Have fun, and congrats!!!

(Also, whiskey muddle with blackberry and ginger ale sounds AMAZING. I may have to try that.)

Talk about some bitter beer! (more than any Extra IPA I've ever had) Funny, reminds me of a grapefruit

Good beer. I don't think it's too bitter but I live in the NW and bitter IPAs are sort of running amok here.
