You can include the saddle, seat post clamp, valve covers, chainrings, pedal, pump and skewer lock heads as well. lolz

Well I never really thought about that since it was never a concern for me. It's a common velcro strap so I guess I'll find out sooner or later.

Yeah, I'm a little bit "blue crazy". That "light" is actually a CONTOUR ROAM2 (HD Camera).

My 2nd-most-recent cycling-related purchase:
![](https://bikeforums.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=294656)
This spin bike- (Didn't want the hassle of a trainer, and felt that this offers a better experience)- My first encounter with indoor cycling- had it less than a month- I can't believe how my road cycling has improved just over the last few weeks, after months of stagnation. $258 bucks with free delivery on Amazon!

So, I see adjustment for seat height and fore/aft relative to the pedals, as well as handlebar height, but how do you increase handlebar reach? That seams to be set - so if you need longer reach, you're stuck moving the seat way back which screws up your pedal relationship. I've been wanting to get a spin bike for home but it seems like none of them would accommodate my longer reach needs.
If you'd like any measurements from the bike, I'd be happy to oblige.
Now if I could just figure out why it is that my cycling has improved more in the < one month I've owned this thing, than in the previous 8 months of actual cycling..... I just don't get it! Riding this 1/2hr-1 hr. a day, 5-6 days a week seems to have done me more good than 3 or 4 2hr. actual bike rides a week. (Maybe because I go harder on this, and the fact that there is no coasting?)

Celebrated the 1 year anniversary of my bike over the weekend with a complete teardown, clean/degrease & rebuild with some upgrades:
Rival FD, Force RD & crankset, Jagwire Racer cables & Fizik Microtex in black (changed from white).
Went from a 52/36 to 53/39.
The only reason I went with a Rival FD instead of Force is I got it as a free warranty replacement for a broken Apex FD.
Changed to black bar tape because I was sick of always cleaning the white.

I like the cables so far... Not difficult to install at all... However, the housing seems a little firmer to me than others I've used, so you have to pre-bend them prior to install.
Also, I put a dab of light grease on the tips of the cables before running them through the housing. Some say it's not needed, but it doesn't hurt.
Make sure you have proper brake cable cutters beforehand - the teflon cables are impossible to cut otherwise.

Starting to get all the gear for my upcoming bike build. Frame done, wheels done, this weekend ordered Ritchey WCS Logic Carbon Curve bars, C260 Stem, and some Lizarskins 3.2 Tape. All that's left now will be component group, seatpost, assorted hardware, tires, tubes. But will need to get off my butt and list the current bike for sale before I can order that stuff!
