Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

To add the retro aesthetic philosophy while enjoying the the go-anywhere freedom of a slightly wider tire, I added an Italian recently.

A good hand-built lugged steel-framed bike adds a little individuality to the ride.1997 Simoncini Special Cyclocross is ready for the road or trail. Everyone needs a retro lugged Columbus steel CX bike.

why both of them got it wrong is a mystery. top of top tube routing keeps the cables less dirty and gives you the ability to shoulder. i don't get it.

but i'm not complaining. thanks!

Nothing like showing a lil dirt on your rig!
Don't let the neg replies throw you in the 41, they don't get that riding through mud/sand/grass/etc can be exhilarating!
Keeps us sharp in "the off season"!
I'll give it another hot!

yah but the Kona doesn't show a gob of cables under the top tube w/ poor anchor points on the warbird. I'd have to get a frame bag just to hide it but the frame bag itself would be the eye sore The kona ti is clean but over the 3k budget I'm looking at for a disc CX bike

A bone-stock Vaya 2, but loving it nonetheless. Seen in front of Mono Lake, CA.

I am quite happy that I got the silver wanderlust rack, however...

Too much, and worth every penny. Wheels were 1k, bike - OEM wheels about 4k. So 5k right off the bat. My wife wants me to sell a kidney.

I haven't settled on a saddle yet, right now I have an Italia Selle C2 gel Flo...I have a Fizik Aliante VSX coming in to try.. I just settled on pedals and shoes as well. I think I'm going to change the crank...I want a little more low end..
