Switching up saddles again because it's been a struggle to be totally comfortable on the bike since I went down. Using the ISM Adamo Road for the 200k on Sunday was as good as it's ever been for a very long time.

...sharing food orders is soooo romantic. After you've been hitched up for a while you discover that your wife doesn't really like to eat the same stuff you like to eat. nttawwt

I was picking up my bike from Excel and saw two Dura Ace R3s go out the door. One guy drove from Montana. With the redesign, Excel got a bunch of closeout bikes. Looks like some F8s as well.

What do you think it was about the crash that affected your saddle comfort?

I thought they were offering those up for a bit, but it was the ROKH. I could like a Pinerello, I just don't know if I could love it.

I think I sit a little "off" on the saddle now. Not square to the bike. I've angled it on the November, and it seemed to help a touch, but I can't on the NeilPryde due to the aero seatpost. For some reason, the ISM sat me at the right angle, and things were even again. It flat sucked on the TT bike, and I went back to the Fizik on that, with no issue.

more cafes/bars/restaurants need loaner bike locks!
The loaner tool box consisted solely of endwrenches, so I dunno about that, but the Gojo dispenser is a nice touch.

The burger was the perfect amount of pink and the cheese was excellently melty. The polenta was creamy but textured and has me wondering if I could make something similar at home to serve with salmon.

They give us a very nice price on Cervelo when they have a team buy going. I do wish I would have jumped on a BMC when we had Sports Garage on the kits, but again, how many do I really need? Sacrilege, I know.

You gotta love GPS. Not only was my maximum speed 2mph faster than LoP's, my average speed was 4mph faster. #irule
