Sounds reasonable. If this happens again, do a valsalva maneuver (strain really hard like you need to poop until you get red in the face), if it happens frequently you can take a medicine or get an ablation. Luckily this is not a dangerous heart rhythm and not really associated with other heart badness.
The Cardio talked about possibly doing an ablation if this starts happening.
I remember learning and doing the valsalva when I was flying in the Navy. I hated doing that.

On Sunday, the ER docs said that if it happens again try to clear it myself by doing a similar maneuver to what they did.

Heard Dolly Parton's "Hear You Come Again" while driving to NJ this morning. Forgot how much I used to like that song.

I had that Doug, join the club.
Kinda scary when you first recognize something's wrong, such as your heart is beating fast like you just ran up a few flights of stairs but you've been sitting still for the last whenever. Then your brain tugs on your shirt sleeve and says "Hmmmmm, this isn't supposed to be".

A couple years ago I had about four incidents, maybe one every couple of weeks. Then they all of a sudden stopped happening on their own. Works for me
