The Advanced SL is hot stuff.
So how are the wheels? Is there any braking? How much were they?

They have been fantastic. I have another thread with occasional updates, but I'm at 2000 miles and 103k of climbing on them so far. I rode this bike all summer. The wheels still roll smooth and true. I've had plenty of fast descents, some wet braking, hit some big potholes, and even ridden some gravel rail trail. Only squeel was a steep short descent with a stop sign at the bottom. I'm totally happy with them so far and would/probably will buy another set.

My new tubeless tires are 25c Giant Gavia AC0s. Minimum pressure is supposed to be 85 PSI. I'm running them at 80 PSI and they still feel hard. They were ridiculously easy to mount on my Giant tubeless rims so that's a plus. They roll fine but I just thought they would be more comfortable.

Like I mentioned elsewhere, pressures on the sidewalls are marked 85-125 PSI and I think 85 is a little harsh or at least harsher than I remember the Schwalbe Ones to be. I weigh 220# and have settled on 75-80 PSI in the front and 80-85 PSI in the rear. They roll nice, just feel a little hard. Might be the 55 mm rims, though, because I haven't ridden them for a year and I might have forgot how they feel. I only have 80 miles on them so far.
Anyway, I love the ease of fit.
Here's a closeup of the Silca valve. It has this cute little faring thing to help seal the valve. Slick valves BTW, ignore the dirty rims; the white dust crap is salt residue from the wet winter roads.

2019 Advanced Pro 0 Defy. I've now replaced the mediocre Giant tires with some 28mm GP5000TLs which are much, much better. I also mounted a narrower range 11-25 cassette for smaller variation between gears here in the flatlands.
Overall I really like this bike.

My 2012 Giant Advanced Defy 0, a true road warrior. Still love the Ultegra Di2, the stiff frame, and the endurance feel. It’s been through too much, including a wild dog attack which cause a nasty crash and broke my pelvis. Had to have the frame repaired (see black band).
I have other newer bikes and still ride the Giant, but slowly phasing out the 23mm tires in favor of tubeless 28mm and carbon wheels. Here it is in Madison Co., VA this week. Soaks up the brutal holy rollers.....
