Silver Aerohead in 28h, DA rear hub in 36h

No options on the Aerohead rim.

DA rear can be 7403, 7700, 7800, 7900 iffy (polished preferred), gotta be 36h.

Now, if you've got an silver Aerohead front wheel on a DA hub, we can talk, too, doesn't matter the spoke count.

i really wish i had known about them before buying the brooks. i shouldn't really have a problem selling it and buying myself an anatomica probably, but i figured it was worth a shot.

Robbie, if you can go 7 speed, I have a 36 hole DA 7401 UG (freehub) with new wide range UG cassette, shifters, brake levers and RD.

Have: Campy NR hubs laced to Ambrosio 19 rims in good shape.

Want: Fixed gear wheel set suitable for vintage frame set. Prefer fixed/fixed with a classic looking rim. Also looking for nice ~32c tires.

Thank you.

Have:

25" Schwinn Passage F/F/HS/Brakes
- Decent condition. Forks were bent, they aren't anymore. More details in my FS thread in the sales subforum

Want:

Parts for my Motobecane Grand Jubile. I'd like to set it up as a 1x5 upright-ish cruiser. In order of preference:
- 44-48 tooth 50.4 BCD chainring
- Porteur-style handlebars
- Centerpull brakes (MAFAC Racer would be ideal)

I'd like to keep this in the local area. I'd be willing to drive a bit (like an hour or so), but I'm a bit unwilling to ship at the moment.

Let me check, Kurt.

I think I have an FSA Orbitz in 1-1/8, but the bottom may be 1-1/4. If not, I may be able to buy a 1-1/8" new and trade you out even Stephen....

Thanks, Doc.

I have the complete 2x6 group, but if I can lace in a newer DA rear hub, I can use the wheelset elsewhere.

I may just punt and put it all on another Titan frame with a carbon fork ().

Just testing the waters here - I'm currently considering a Frejus frame identical to the one in the picture, but it doesn't have a fork - so I'm tentatively ISO the Frejus fork you see here, in the same dark brown color. This would be for a 56/57cm, I believe; haven't verified. Would be willing to cut a steerer down if necessary.

Before I go shopping on French eBay, I thought I would see if anyone has -

1- a 44T 116mm BCD T.A. Professional chainring

or

2 - 42 and/or 44T Nervar 128mm BCD chainring (42T located, and thanks!)

I have assorted oddments I can trade or if the price is right I'd gladly purchase outright ...

Russ

I have a 52/42 crankset. Probably with the bottom bracket. I'm not sure if that is of interest.

Actually, I seek the 44T ring to replace a 52T ring to use with the existing 42T, crankset and BB on a Raleigh Competition I am setting up with a Surly Dingle, but thanks!

Ok, one more thing. I'd rather not ship this thing (bike is located in Miami, Florida) if I can avoid it, though I'd be glad to listen to interesting trade ideas.

Have: 1949 Schwinn D37X balloon tire anchor-mobile. Nice restomod, built up with a mish-mash of period looking bits.
Want: No idea at all, as I don't know how interested the VLW community will respond to a balloon tire monster like this.

WANTED:

Matching orphan Spécialités TA dust cap, or a full pair. Whatever’s clever.

— — —

Also in need of:

• Decent pair of touring worthy foldable 700c skinwall or gumwall tires 28c to 32c wide.

• Campy Record curved lever QR skewers - rear needs to fit a 128 mm 6 speed hub

• Jim Blackburn bare aluminum bottle cage

— — —

Have:

Not much stash worthy of trade, as I’ve just about gotten rid of everything not needed.

But... I do have a great co-op in town that might help with supplying what you might want in trade. And of course I’m happy to buy outright if the asking price is reasonable.

Thanks.

Just need the crank to finish rounding out my Shimano bike. Still looking looking for 1st generation Deore cranks with the oversized pedal holes (FC-DE20/30) in 165mm, willing to pay for these if necessary.

Alternatively looking for a cheap or trade for FC-DE20/30 in 170mm and poor condition or a cheap 165mm 130/74 Shimano triple crank (must be Shimano, for a Shimano themed bike).

Also looking to trade for:
Grand Bois fork crown (will also pay if someone wants to "upgrade" to the newer RH crown)
Shimano quill stem 25.4mm clamp, marked 80 (actual ~73mm)
Shimano Dura-Ace first gen levers (the bad Tourney level pre-groupset ones, not the racing groupset ones) in nice condition with or without safety extensions
Shimano Tourney long reach centerpull brakes with quick release mechanism
Shimano 10s index (SL-7900/SL-7800) downtube shifters
Dia-Compe 700 (not-750) centerpulls
Campagnolo triple 9/10s non-QS FD

To trade:
BSA bottom bracket tapping and facing set (only used a few times)
Modolo non-aero brake levers, graphite/black/gray levers (also includes one incomplete matching caliper)
Shimano 600 front/rear derailers (excellent condition)
Shimano silent clutch freehub QR rear hub silver 130mm
Alhonga dual-pivot brakes, silver nutted and 57–75mm long reach (missing nuts)
Nashbar(?) steel mustache bars, like new with some handling wear
Dia-Compe black bar-end brake levers
Unbranded dual-pivot front brake, silver recessed 47-57mm medium reach (take off)
Retrospec single speed crankset, 46t 170mm silver new in box
Unknown CNC fluted single speed crankset, 48t like NR but 130 BCD 170mm new in box
105 rear derailer, 11sp black short cage (RD-R7000-SS) like new unused
105 rear derailer, 11sp silver long cage (RD-5800-GS) like new unused
FSA Vero triple crank arms, 170mm sq taper 130/74 BCD black
Truvativ triple crank arms w/BB, 172.5 ISIS BB 130/74 BCD black
Specter MTB triple crank arms, kid's length 152mm, comes with replacable chainrings
Sora FC-3503 triple crank arms, 170mm
VP VXe SPD pedals, new in box w/ cleats x2
Time ATAC Alium pedals, no cleats
Microshift 3x9 flat bar shifters
Ultegra front derailer 3x10 31.8mm clamp
8/9/10sp silver rear QR 130mm cassette wheel
Alloy internal cam skewers, no-brand polished for 100/130 OLD like new
Brown leather saddle, new (no branding on leather, only metal nameplate, made by Gyes)
RaceFace 53/39 chainrings, 9/10sp silver ramped and pinned like new
