I chose that hitched rack because I didn't want a trunk lid one... and where I work there wasn't clearance in the parking garage if on the off chance I would bring it here for after work riding (but that was taken off the table because of possible theft). So, a hitch was only natural and I don't have a big car so a 2 bike rack on a 1 1/4 hitch was/is perfect. I have the hitch just waiting on the rack lol. Yakima is a well known brand so, I went with it for the time being and seeing that many people have it locally I felt more assured with the purchase.

added the CF kick stand/leg with holder and MRP Adapter + Bash guard/chain guide. Also put on some lights for night time riding and front/rear fenders/mud guards (didn't take pics of those.)

interesting stand, bike needs to get dirtier....
btw: what is your height? I was looking at the frame, but thought I should ride a Large even though I'm 5'9" due to the shorter reach

I agree, just haven't received the rack yet to take it places. I've been fine tuning things, looking into some noises it had and checking for loose bolts. Adding things here and there as needed. I'm 5'7" w/ 30 inseam. I would think my arms are quite proportioned to my height so my reach on the Medium frame is pretty good.

That is sweet.

I've been having ultralight dreams for my hard tail but the budget just isn't there
