Long pull reverse brake levers for old Mafac racer brakes
where do I find out about getting LONG pull reverse levers for use on bullhorn/pursuit type bars with vintage Mafac/DiaCompe 'caliper' brakes?

Does “long pull” mean linear, like for v-brakes? If so, then I echo TGB’s advice that long pull is not what you need. Just standard levers for canti, center-pull, and sidepull are what you need.

OP is incorrect -- he can use standard pull inverse levers, which are readily available, with his MAFAC Racers, and so does not need to search for something special.
EDIT: OP did not specify Racers, but the same advice is true for any of the vintage Mafacs or Dia Compe caliper brakes.

You might be able to find some classic reverse levers on French eBay. They're expensive though.
