Aren't Racers short pull? They are standard centerpulls AFAIK.

Does “long pull” mean linear, like for v-brakes? If so, then I echo TGB’s advice that long pull is not what you need. Just standard levers for canti, center-pull, and sidepull are what you need.

Huh???

Between the OP's confusing, ambiguous, erroneous question and the confusing answers in this thread, I am LOST.

Can we start over again?

OP wants to use inverse levers with his MAFAC Racers and assumes that he needs long/linear pull brake levers. OP wants to know where he can find long pull inverse levers.

OP is incorrect -- he can use standard pull inverse levers, which are readily available, with his MAFAC Racers, and so does not need to search for something special.

EDIT: OP did not specify Racers, but the same advice is true for any of the vintage Mafacs or Dia Compe caliper brakes.

OP DID specify Racers but then edited his post to remove them. Which is partly why this thread is so confusing.

I'm with Bad Lag - what is an inverse lever? I never heard of it.

Bar end brake lever like they use on time trial bikes today. CLB among others used to make a few models, typically found on French porteurs or the like.

Ok, thanks to Kuromori, now I'm here. Why is a longer pull like for a linear brake needed? MAFAC Racer calipers work with nearly any road lever, if not EVERY road lever ...

Ok, now I'm caught up - I agree OP does not really have a problem.

You might be able to find some classic reverse levers on French eBay. They're expensive though.
