That is a beauty! I can't get another Miata off my mind since I sold mine. Easily the best driver car I've owned. Had a C5 Z06 Corvette since, a VW GTI, and now my M-Sport BMW 340i. All fun cars in their own right and all fall short to the Miata for driver experience.

If I could have afforded a Miata earlier, I would have gotten one too, in metallic grey or black like yours was.
The styling still looks unique and fresh even after some years already. A hadsome, modern more muscular look.
Good thing it still had a spare tire and jack unlike the new ones that always makes me worry in the back of my mind whether I can get it back home if I ever have a bad flat... Just don't trust the Fix-a-Flat style, tire goop repair kit they now put in the cars instead.
I still need to find a donut spare from a Prius (4 bolt, 100mm BCD) to put in my trunk to complete my flat tire package.

I have experienced 5 flats over the years
3 might have worked with the goop and pump that some carmakers provide. 2 - no way! Sidewall gash.
that goop always makes for trouble for the tire shop too.
Then there are those Minis and some minivans with the runflat tires... $$$
but I'm old and think 60 or 55 series is sporty enough.

A weight weenie part.......but not for my bikes....
It's an aluminum jack and hand crank for a 97 Mazda RX-7.
My 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata, like many new cars did not come with a jack of even a spare wheel to minimize weight and raise MPG.
Jack weighs only 3 pounds. The standard jack from Mazda weighs at least double that.
A lot of new Miata owners add these lightweight jack to their new cars because on of the car's main design feature, is it's very light curb weight and they do not want to add too much with a heavy jack.

I got these goofy valve stem lights to annoy the guys at work and got bonus with these micro presto valve adapters so I can put a set of dice on ove of my bikes.

Adding lightness to the Vitus. I oughta shave off a hundred grams compared to the boat-anchor Laprade I've got in there.
I kind of feel bad dimpling this time capsule of a seatpost with the Vitus set screw, but sacrifices must be made for lightness.

That is GORGEOUS! A Raleigh Pro was the first really good bike I ever got to ride. As a teenager used to mid-level Schwinn products, I was kind of angry that the Raleigh Pro had existed all my life and I was only being introduced to it at 14.

Thanks, @scarlson and @xiaoman1! As far as I can tell it was chromed by an owner, it doesn't seem like they were ever produced that way even though there are other examples here and here in the C&V forum. At 16 I very much wanted a Blue/silver Pro Mk. III but it was out of my reach. I looked at one a few years back but opted for my International. The shiny goodness of this one got to me, and it looks great up close. I'll check alignment and take careful measurements over the weekend, and probably start a thread about the build which will involve the International too. 2 for the price of 1!

Monday a long cage Campagnolo Triomphe rear derailleur arrived and today 3 116 BCD Triomphe chainrings showed up,
NOS 35T+51T and a lightly used 50T. That 35t ring is going to be the componant with a bike built around it.
