I assume it's the two spoke wheel
It's been out for a couple of years now... it's possibly* a pretty fast wheel actually, despite the fact that the "data" on their site would lead you to think it's all bulls#*7. Some whispers from people (that aren't sponsored) that it might be pretty fast, but never seen any "real" data.
It looks cool, but I'd want to see some hard data that it was really faster than a "known quantity" wheel before I paid ~$1700 for one.
*Dutch Tandem team used them at Rio for what that's worth.

No firsthand experience but I would guess the wheel would have to be very stiff/strong in design. Older attempts at 2 spoke designs had a lot of issues when the "spoke" was at 3/6 o'clock so you'd think that would be the first thing they addressed.

There was a rider at the Glasgow round of the world cup on a what looked like new Dolan (hard to tell at a distance but possibly with semi integrated bars). Unfortunately i was too far away to get a good photo
Rider was from the Eustrak Euskadi track team.

There is a new South Park episode named "Board Girls" that addresses issues that we've seen in track cycling in the past couple of years.
https://southpark.cc.com/full-episod...07-board-girls
It's a sensitive topic. I suggest that people watch the entire episode before judging a book by its cover...or trailer in this case.

You know what’s also ****ty? People who act like that character did in the episode. If people like that didn’t exist, the episode wouldn’t have been made as there would be no cultural reference.
South Park is really good at calling a spade a spade.

Alpina 3 spoke wheel
The Alpina 3 Spoke Full Carbon Track Wheelset is the ultimate all-round track wheel set for races and training.
As used in National Championships and 6 Day Manchester, beating some of the best track athletes in the world.
Not sure why they are not making 5 spoke wheels....

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if that Alpina is just a generic Chinese tri-spoke, so not sure how fast or stiff it actually is.

Dolan offered 5 spokes in front, rear, clincher, tubular, decals, and no decals permutations around 2015. I bought one for like $550.
The fact that they didn’t sell like hotcakes may explain why they aren’t offering them now.

5 spokes have to be really tough to sell. Either you've put a lot of time/work into it and it's expensive, at which point people are going to buy an iO... or it's (relatively) cheap/generic and people are going to buy the no-name cheapest 5 spoke they can find.

As I've mentioned (a cajillion times) before, I firmly believe that the iO isn't that fast. Mavic has been riding a hype wave surrounding that wheel for over 20 years.
If a buyer is paying MSRP (what, like $4,000 now?), they should ask for wind tunnel receipts like they give for other wheels.

Any team with the budget doesn't run them for a reason
Most smaller teams running them were given them
I still want double io's though, for reasons

With all the talk about 5 spokes I wanted to check that FFWD still made one, they still have their version on the website but the graphics on the wheel look pretty dated, and its buried at the bottom of the page, but I did find this, their version of a 2-spoke wheel.

Pinarello has launched a new edition of its MAAT track bike, which the Italian brand describes as its "gift for the Italian team" ahead of the Olympic Games in Toyko in 2020. The new model was designed in collaboration with the Italian federation and is said to specialise in the Madison and Omnium events while also being able to be ridden by the sprinters.
Further, it's cool that they are designing a bike for the Madison.
The 38mm handlebars are not completely integrated into the frame but feature 'pseudo' brake hoods to create a "new" position out of the drops, while narrower sections either side of the stem are said to improve control during hand-slings.
I've never been a Madison rider, but I'd imagine that one wouldn't want such a shallow bar with little difference between the tops and the drops. I thought that the rider that's up on the tops and about to sling the relief rider in would want to be up a little higher. But, I could be wrong.

"...while also being able to be ridden by the sprinters." This is what I mean about the difference between track bikes designed from the ground-up for sprinters and allowing a sprinter to use one

They are a new take on UCI-legal "Sphinx" bars.

Aerocoach bars look pretty weird, pics on Instagram
Two sizes, 30 hoods/34 drops and 34 hoods/38 drops
Printed titanium so won't be cheap, road reach and drop numbers
