An old grist mill between Cambridge Ontario and Paris Ontario and on the Rail-Trail that used to be the Lake Erie & Northern Electric Railway. The trail runs from Cambridge to Hamilton Ontario.
Electric Generating Station Ruins. This is where they had a generating station to boost the electricity used by the LE&N Electric Railway.
Some donkeys near Cambridge Ontario.
Private pond and spillway.
Sunrise seen coming back into town after a night ride in the country.
Cheers

@justslow, maybe we've just been lucky or else our locals are more mild mannered. Here's a young one that surprised us in our den. It had the chance to strike several times as my wife passed it doing chores, but only struck once and that was after I'd used the fireplace poker to move it into a bucket for transport to the outdoors. We don't kill snakes and let this one go as a reward for not striking when it could have.

Ah, so @thumpism isn't the only one to have snakes INSIDE his house. We've had quite a few.

^^ ....and here's the other dimension. 😁😉 Actually, this is in Arizona, along route 60. I dunno what that plant is, but it sure looks weird, to me. 🤔

A cool purple mosaic wall, a forest of saguaros, and a couple of oversized reptiles rendered from an unknown metal.

How's about a rainbow? 😎 I saw this right after a heck of a hail storm, in Southern Phoenix. Some of the locals were really tripping on it, the hail, I mean, it must be pretty unusual here.

An old power plant on Belle Isle in the James River. The island housed a prisoner of war camp during the Civil War, known politely around here as The War of Northern Aggression.

How many turtles can you see? 🤔 I saw just about as many yesterday, but got too close & spooked them. This time, I wore my cloak of invisibility, & kept quiet. 😁

Ha, I just meant I got too close, and scared them, so they dove back in the water. 🙂 They can jump in the water mighty fast, compared to how slow they walk. And they don't play silly waiting games, to see how close you'll get, 20 or 30 feet away, and they dive. 😁
I was surprised at how many turtles live together, in such a small pond. I'm pretty sure I counted 7, that first day, out sunning themselves, right after lunch. 😎
