At home 3 to 5 tabs give or take.
At work on monitor 1, I'll have 5 to 8 on IE, plus 3 POS screens, monitor 2, 5 to 10 on Chrome, plus 1 POS screens. It really depends on how many nightmares I'm dealing with.

I do three monitors at work, and wish I had more. The laptop can only drive three, though.

Hey @BillyD I hope your headache is better today.
Fun Fact: If you call for a neurology appointment around here, as a new patient, they will see you in 3-4 months. That's not very satisfying for someone who has an acute need. It has forced many of us primary care docs to do much of the initial work that neurology does. Sad!

Do you send difficult headache patients to Steve Silbersteins clinic at Jefferson? They are very good.

I don't use bookmarks anymore. I have the sites I visit regularly memorized and my browser auto-completes most of them so I just have to type the first couple of letters.

And this raises the question of why we post when we have nothing to say. I liken it to grooming behavior among social apes, but I might be wrong.
