Squirrel, Door, Chair...

From this morning's ride to work... An indecisive squirrel... An opening door... An unexpected wheelchair. (I don't think I was in danger...it just caught me by surprise.)

You got your quota for the week.

Actually, don't let your guard down. It's usually about the time you're thinking "what else could go wrong?" that the universe really likes to mess with ya.

Best to not ride in the door zone. Sometimes you can't see the driver before they open their door.

Cheers

I has en even more confused squirrel yesterday, which exhibited what I would call "perfectly bad timing." This one was making the dart across the road, saw me, panicked into no less than two of those "squirrel cyclones" then ran face first into my front wheel (as I was going about 15mph) with an audible bong. The lil' grey feller ran off in the direction from which it came afterwards, so I assume it was fine.

But if he had been a split second earlier or later, it may have turned into a rough day for that squirrel. I've so far only run over a few snakes.
