It's been awhile since I've posted anything to this infamous group. Life has taken some interesting and " 'bout time ya learn something" turns. I'm learning, living and looking forward to another riding year, well, that and time with my trumpet...

Happy birthday! I passed that milestone some time ago, and concluded that its bark was worse than its bite. Although, I have to admit I'm feeling more my age in the last month.
How is your recovery going?

So good to hear (read) from you again. I'm doing well. Recovery has been interesting and, in some points slow. But recovery non the less.

Happy Birthday. Look at it this way -- you're too young to post on the 65-85+ thread. Be thankful for that.

@Eatonkd and yes, "it goes fast"!
60 seems a moment ago; then, I was thinking the 65-85 thread was ages away. Now 68 ... blink of an eye.

Happy Birthday! I turned 69 around Christmas. Looking forward to getting the mountain and road bike out this coming riding season. We should all count ourselves lucky that we are still enjoying our healthy hobby (so long as we don't run too hard into the trees and the dogs don't catch up with us on pavement!)

Since we're slipping in old references...I'm at the age that "Hot Lips" Houlihan might call divine. I have no doubt that cycling has kept me going.
