Addiction LXXVII

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I’ll be in charlotte until atleast sunday more sim training. I got the lucky 6 pm slot. 4 hours of fun with your pants on.

Bought my daughter a small play ground today the joy in her eyes when she saw it was pretty amazing. What’s more amazing is she wants to be outside and not glued to a tablet, tv, cell phone, computer.......etc.

None. But it's responsible for the ring of cenotes, which brings in tourists. Now that you mention it, I believe we live IN it.

You might gain some ground by working from a chair, they way I'm doing it, even though I don't have to. Easier on the feet, in my case, and better balance in your case.

Wonder of wonders, twice over. In the lbs today, I was able to by a new, Miche 7 speed cassette. And a Shimano 6 speed cassette which will fit on my old freehubs that have all the grooves the same size. I was thinking those would never again see the light of day!
