Well, obviously it's because....
It’s only been road 1 time.

And yes, most definitely
It should be in the General Motors museum.
... right next to the Vega, the "fireball" pickups, the Cadavalier, etc....

GMC Denali Men's Road Bike Road Series 21 Speed 22 Inch Aluminum Frame Yellow. This Bicycle is immaculate. It should be in the General Motors museum. It’s only been road 1 time. It was hanging in a Gentleman’s Garage for a while. I bought it home and cleaned it up and waxed it. I keep this Bicycle in my Office in my home. They do not make this bicycle anymore. As far as I know, I Googled this Bicycle and all I got out of it was This bicycle is worth the money I’m asking for it, because it not in production anymore. Thanks for looking. It would be great for a collector of Bicycles. Ask me any questions about this item. Thanks Kevin This will be the last time I list this item. If you are interested please send me a decent offer and I consider offers.

Funny, thanks. Eben Weiss is ridiculous--and even more so since, after years of making fun of people wearing spandex and diapers, he started racing again.

^^^^ Did you happen to peruse his other ads? He must be really hard up; maybe if he sells enough old iPods and '90s Honda doors, he can afford a keyboard that allows him to type real words. I was going to buy his overpriced Trek 930, with the chain that he evidently couldn't even manage to hang on a chainring. But he said it's "good for riders around 59", and I turn 60 later this year, so no go....

Eccentric Le Cyclo shifter

Manufactured by TA in the '40s and '50s, and popular on you know who's bikes. As the derailleur slides outboard, the distance between the derailleur and the BB gets slightly longer (trigonometry), so the cable gets tighter and can bind. This shifter solves that problem. For €590.

Quite a find, but the price was staggering! Seller has since taken down the listing, but you can still view it:
https://www.ebay.fr/itm/SHIFTER-LEVE...T/203009964787

Guessing they did a deal off Ebay. But for 600 euros, I would file one from a hunk of aluminum myself! (and now I'm going to, since the seller was nice enough to post some clear pictures with a measurement or two).

I'd guess this was designed to be a top tube mounted child's seat, similar to the Companion Carrier.

Yes, I think you are right about it being a child seat....indeed, nothing like safety for the little ones!

For most of my adult life I've been exercising by riding bicycles, when it turns out all I needed was one of these to . . . sprout a booty.

Mintish!

(Seriously, I posted this because I thought "brand newy" was funny, but this thing actually looks as if it's never been ridden. So if you're one of those people who admire the aesthetics and engineering of dentist chairs, this might just be the bike for you.)
