Heh. You mentioning that just reminds me of an old neighbor in Brooklyn. Very conservative, moved from NYC to CA and then to TX. Anyway, the wife posted a very smug "sorry, not sorry" (literally - that was the caption) set of party pics, her and her friends all cozy and crowding together for selfies... this was just after TX started loosening up. In the process she invited/taunted her CA and NYC friends, saying they were welcome to come over and enjoy the freedoms.
How's that going for ya now, ya ****?

After 2 months of nothing but walking while recovering from the accident, I started doing base training and light intervals.
I was started on 50 mg twice a day Metoprolol Tartrate, after 2 months switched to 100 mg Metoprolol Succinate. While on a 30 day heart rhythm monitor, I increased the load until I started having v-tachs, then back off a little. Cardiologist approved of plan and here I am. It took a little adjustment once I started riding on the road, but I'll just watch my heart rate data and ride as much as I can without triggering a v-tach. Life's little curve balls.

I use one of those ultra lightweight headsweats type things. Air conditioning for the head. Perhaps there is someone out there who seeats more heavily than me. Who knew?

Speaking of which, generic V isn't covered so the nurse's plan B is naproxen + esomeprazole. Is that a sensible solution, given my daily prednisone?

We did regroup couple of times (i.e. wait up for rjones28) and swapped bikes a couple of times - one of the guys got a new bike, we had the shop demo ebike with us, and it was the debut of AXS on my fat bike.
