I think that it might be a more prudent question to ask your doctor. I personally would be inclined to trust my medical professionals opinion over someones opinion on a forum. Again IMO.

Testicular Cancer
I got it at age 56, which is later than normal. I asked all my doctors and all told me that it was unrelated to cycling. Cause was basically bad luck.
Do check the size of them from time to time. You start getting a big one: go straight to your urologist.
Fortunately, 80% are cured by simple removal. I was in the 20% that require chemo. Survival rates are very good for testicular cancer.
