Room for 28c on a C40?
I sent my C40 out to be painted some time back and should be receiving it soon. It currently wears 25c GP5000 tires and I’m wondering if there might be room for 28’s?
Of course I can answer this myself when I get it back but are there any C40 owners that might know ? I can’t recall how much clearance I had with the 25c GP’s

There can be a tremendous amount of variability in width between different brands of 28mm tires. There can even be appreciable differences between different lines of the same manufacturer.

I have Veloflex 28’s on two of my bikes and they are closer to a 26. I might use those if I don’t have room for a true 28.
