Lets say a way to eat pavement. If I'm choosing to eat pavement, it's pavement that has been artisanally crushed by the local pavement pounders, and then delicately lofted and mixed with air to become a delightfully light accompaniment to my gently vibrated ionic mineral beverage.

Not a wacky ad. Just... Ventana is a local company that makes Serious mountain bikes (aluminum welded, custom sizes, full suspension and fancy dropouts) and Very Serious MTB tandems. Who knew they ever made a unicycle? What a lark. I'd definitely hand over a bill for this if Sherwood welded it.

I've had my eye on this hunk'o'junk for a little and wanted to share. It does have that signature Ross curved frame and isn't too rusty. Buy it to donate to a museum I guess. It is currently $140 marked down from $200, a steal for this museum piece.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...1523655813959/
from the ad-"The pics say it all, I hope. It’s a rare bike - I’m good at finding things but I couldn’t find the bike. I saw similar ones, but not with the curved frame that this one has. It’s a great piece of Philadelphia history - someone cool must have been riding this thing back in 1976 down the Philly streets, right? If you’re good with bikes maybe you’ll be inclined to patiently restore this thing right. I realized that I’m not the one to do it, so he must be released back into the world where he will be appreciated. "

I can't be certain, but at first glance it appears the frame is made from a 2x4.

This one's a little strange (cantilever brakes? Maybe it's a mtb frame if Peugeot made any -- or is it just a mod?), and that does seem expensive. The remarkable thing, really, about this is just that it's been in Craigslist in my area, getting renewed regularly, for years.

The OEM equipment on this bike is Stronglight and Simplex, and not good Simplex. Ideally, in my market, this would be priced about $150 less, with the expected sale below $200.
