I'm confused. I think.
I said " I can look at a bike, see it's chain ring is under 50 and realize I'm going to be pedaling like an idiot and doing maybe 9mph. "
And you said that's not true(?), but your chain ring is OVER 50 (in fact is a 53), so you confirmed what I said.
?
BTW, 406-53-11 is 90 and that's prettyy good. I've rereplaced my cassettes with 11-32's.

We can't answer a folding bike related question when we have no idea what the make, model, and possibly even release year of the bike is.

Folding bicycles are very useful, especially when traveling by means of public transport, for example the train, you fold them and ready to travel if you have a longer road, we will use the train and of course we will undo the bike and ready of road .

I am looking for a folding bike for my work commute. The problem is, I am 6’2” and 240 lbs fully loaded so it puts me in the wierd end of the spectrum. I’ve been riding mountain bikes for a long time so I’d prefer that seated profile but I can’t expect everything in a folding bike, but I also don’t want to arch my back like a cat-camel stretch’ just to ride, I just want a lower centre of gravity. Also, here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, we just don’t have a lot of selection.
Any recommendations on make/model for a mid-range folding bike? Thanks!
