1988 Cannondale Black Lightning 60 in frame

Trying to find the value everywhere with no luck! Really having trouble finding value info on the 60 inch . It's in beautiful condition.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

That would be 60cm? Frame or complete bike?

Have you tried conducting online research for similar items to get an idea of the market value? I mean you can visit local antique shops or consignment stores for insights.
As far as I know, factors like rarity, condition, age, brand, and demand influence the value.

Actually this is probably the best place to ask. Whats it Worth? Appraisals and all that. A little more info and I'm confident OP's question will be answered.

Assuming it's complete with original equipment in excellent condition (except for consumables), in this market a max of $600. Perhaps less due to an unpopular size. 56's and 58's are an easier sell.
If some components have been changed out, original saddle is missing, or the black finish on the components is in poor condition, then it becomes just like any other old Cannondale and worth maybe $200-300.

Ah, 60's not all that large. But yeah, it really depends on what's there and the condition.

Very location specific. In softer markets, I've seen them linger at $150. In addition, there were multiple years of Black Lightnings. The first year they had very nice Suntour Sprint components. Then they cheapened them up with Suntour Edge components. I love Suntour but Edge and Blaze are two crappy groups I avoid.

Regardless, even the Sprint versions are not bringing the figures above in my market, not close.

Saw a nice one on ebay with Sprint components and 58cm size recently sold: $350.

In the world of bicycles, rarity has very little to no price factor, particularly from a consumer brands like Cannondale.
