App for Seilor Bipolar training pattern?
Just to keep my lazy life easy and just a little lazier, I'm not only gonna focus on Seilor, I want to see of there'a an app which will step me htrough some Seilor-based training rides.
I don't find writing out a training sequence on paper, posting it on the wall, and getting on the bike to pedal my way through it, is very productive. Trouble keeping focused and just seeing what is the key thing to focus on
Maybe Zwift or something has a Seilor module in it?

So that's on my target list. At the moment I'm reading the Seiler stuff on Epoc.Bike. I don't think I want the intense interaction of having them as a trainer, but if I can understand better what Stephen Seiler said, I'm sure I'll be ahead.
From what I've read from Joe F in the past and recent comments from my contemporaries regarding Trainer Road, I expect it will be useful!
