'Nobody strenthens it'
I used to get shin splints when I biked.
So in the winter, I would do a shin curl. I would stick my foot under a sofa, start my body going, and then do a shin curl to get finish going back to vertical.
Which means I was exercising the muscle the guy says nobody strengthens the year he was born. I was doing that one in the 80s.
But.. it's a good muscle to work, it protects the knees when things go wrong.
So here's the video, even if he doesn't get everything right:
Another muscle that protects the knee is the vastus medialus. Prob gonna talk about that at some point.
