So what do you mtb types use for a gram mounted pump? Or is it all CO2 these days?

Lap key was only for the start so that I could get to where I needed to go to do this workout. Everything else was lined up perfectly no Lap key required. My legs were def hurting from the 3x15 yesterday. Cardio wise I felt fine.
the 2x10 the first set, probably the first 3 I did seated. Which felt stupid. I wasn’t sure if they were supposed to be seated or not. I sprinted the rest of them. That was crazy, I couldn’t muster more than 700 by that time.

Never tried the Mountain Morph, but maybe I should when I'm out with the 3.0" and bigger tyres, they take a LOT of strokes on the Road Morph.

Yep. 50 seconds seems like a long rest until it isn't. Standing, seated, it doesn't matter on the 40/20, but standing works for the ten seconds. The burst every 3 minutes is a nice little workout, simply because it works you, but the three minutes goes so quickly, the workout seems less time than it is.
40/20s I’ve always done seated
The 3 mins with burst I was struggling to maintain tempo at the end, and def struggling to hit 330. Route was pretty hilly which made it interesting.
Riding the checkpoint for funsies tomorrow, last ride before work and no power meter. Just gunna cruise and have fun. Legs can’t do much anyways.

Next time or next week I’ll come up with actual numbers to aim for that I think I can hit.

I rarely got flats on my mountain bikes until I moved here and found crops of monster goat heads.

I just do CO2. Getting flats is pretty infrequent with a good tubeless setup. Make sure to carry the bacon strips to seal holes that are too large for the sealant. In all my years riding MTB tubeless (lets say 12 or 13), I've had to repair a flat with an inner tube once.
