Bryton R300L Mount
I was wondering if anyone could confirm that the mount used by the Bryton R300L Radar is the same as the one used by the Bryton computers? My bike has a Topeak bike rack for commuting which means I cannot use both the Radar and my quick-release bag as the same time (bag blocks the Radar that is on my seat post!)! I'm looking to make my own adapter to mount the radar to the back of the rack but want to make sure that the standard Bryton mount is compatible before I order one. Thanks!

Hi, curious if you found a solution for this. Considering a R300L with an S800 computer, as my current computer does not support radar. I use a rear rack with bag, would like to use the bag and radar at the same time.

Thank You! I had seen those but wasn't sure how they work but thanks to your explanation now I understand. Unfortunately, my bag sits rearward a bit but i will for sure try to see if i can make it work. Maybe longer screws and bolts or perhaps just pole a hole in my bag.
How do you like the 300L? Reviews seem to show it on par with the Garmin and price is for sure better. Do you have it paired with a Bryton unit or something else?

So far I really like it! Battery life has been great and it's been surprisingly accurate! I've never owned a Garmin so I'm not sure how the accuracy compares. I've been using it with an iGPSPORT GS630 which supports both radar and basic flash control. (Great budget computer!)
You may be able to try longer screws and washers between the rack and nount to push the mount out further. Alternatively adding a plate and lowering the radar could work too (saying you have the clearance).
