I pump up tires every ride, I don’t need pinch flats.

I add air before every ride, even if it’s only been a day off. When able used to ride every other day and found tires to lose about 3 pounds pressure.

I check my pressure and inflate accordingly once a week. However, I'm lazy...everyone else that's doing it daily is correct.

During my heaviest weight, I would have to add air before each ride. My rides were usually around 20-30 miles. Since losing a lot of weight, I usually check them once a week and add a little air.

Those of you saying "before every ride," how often do you ride? Big difference between once a week or every day.
I usually put air in about once a week, irregardless of how often I ride.

Larger volume tires, such as on my BMX bike (20" x1.75") don't require air on a daily basis... but out of habit, I do. I race that bike 2-3x a week.
I don't know if tubless tires would require the needed check before every ride. It also may be that some tube tires have more air loss than others.

I inflate every time I go out, and they always need air, tubes or tubeless. I also like to keep things consistent to the pound. If it's a pound low, it gets a pound.
