Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I was thinking about posting one like that, but I realized it doesn't have the bike in it. I'll post it anyway.

These are as close to water as it got on my previous commuter route. My current commute has more water, I ride alongside the water for about 10km, it's beautiful.

Take a look at the right side of the picture, in front of the houses... There's a freight ship there.

On top of a bridge, on a lookout spot:

When looking over the wall of the lookout spot:

My bike is the one closest , or the furthest bike left. My 11' Trek T1 city fixed gear. Shot taken with a few friends bikes while riding around Florida. Someplace just south of New Smyrna.

Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota

Bike looks kinda funny because it wasn't exactly parallel to the guard rail. Oh well. Busy road that was on, didn't want to get hit taking pictures of my bike :-)
