The cut out on the saddle is for physiological reasons, not ventilation.
The listing title states that the compatible BB is Octalink when Isis type is clearly displayed on crank arms.

I have a Selle Royal Respiro saddle which has an "air ventilation system". The "system" consists of mesh panels under the nose and cut out of the saddle designed to allow air to flow up through the cut out. The saddle is very comfortable but it doesn't feel any cooler than any other saddle with a cut out.

Pro teams have used nearly all-black jerseys and shorts over the years. Team Sky, for example, wore essentially all black for nearly a decade, back when they were dominating the Tour de France.
If the team that pioneered the concept of "marginal gains" considered black Lycra not worth worrying about, it's probably not worth worrying about.
And, of course, black saddles have been the standard almost since bikes were invented.

So there's a RD on there, but looks like only front and rear brake cables, no shifters on those barend mounts, so the RD is only functioning as a chain tensioner.
My commuter is similar, my FD broke, so I threw it away. I could get off and use my hands to shift to the big chainring, but for like 2-3 years I've only done it once or twice. (But I still do have 8-speed shifting for the back)

Peugeot - $2,000 (Farmington, MN)
Facebook item: 307557582407130Rare and very hard to find Peugeot tallboy. New tires, clean, shifts like a dream. This bike is also a great candidate for a transformation to a single sprocket racer.

Moots, Moots, Moots - Round 2 - "Supper Rd bike"

Don't know what this is? Assuming another impostor? Can't match the seat stays to any Moots I see pictures of. If it is a Moots, that is extra wacky

Edit: found this pic of one I used to have. Note seatstay arrangement and headtube pump peg.
