I've seen one of these signs when I was in England:



You know how it is, you're driving along at night and they jump right out in front of your car, see your headlights and just freeze. It gets worse in the fall when they're rutting.

I actually interpreted his post as mocking the idea that such a sign is need. I.e., Mocking the idea that old people behave like deer and thus signs are needed to warn motorists to be on the lookout. Maybe think with a little more depth before ascribing the worst.

One of my favorites is the corner of Holder and Ball! Lol...


Been meaning to photograph the sign at Holder Street and Ball Road in Orange County, CA. It always gives me a good chuckle when I ride by.
