I've seen one of these signs when I was in England:

I actually interpreted his post as mocking the idea that such a sign is need. I.e., Mocking the idea that old people behave like deer and thus signs are needed to warn motorists to be on the lookout. Maybe think with a little more depth before ascribing the worst.

One of my favorites is the corner of Holder and Ball! Lol...
