Anybody know a place I can get replacement Reynolds CF wheel decals?
I'm sure this has been covered but I haven't found it yet. I just picked up a set of 80mm Reynolds CF wheels. I like them but I'm not a huge fan of the monochrome color scheme. I would like to find white decals to replace the black ones currently on the wheels. I looked on the Reynolds site but decals aren't listed. I imagine I could ask them directly but just checking to see if anybody here knows of a retailer that might have those decals.

I don't think Reynolds sells decals but worth a call, sometimes manufacturers will work with a shop that makes them for the manufacturer and customers can order direct. Litespeed will refer you to a shop to get genuine Litespeed vintage decals. You may have to hit up the ebay/etsy decal shops which will custom make whatever you want, I have done this with success on vintage bikes.

You might try https://sssink.com/bicycle-restoration
They can make 'em if they don't already have 'em.

Thanks y'all. I will give them a shot. But I've also been considering taking this opportunity to do some customization too. Not sure which way I'm going to go just yet.

My first thought is why would one want to seek out brand name advertising on their wheels ? If they were paying me handsomely that would be another matter. Since they're not, as far as I'm concerned it's an open canvas for painting or nothing at all !

Just guessing, but because the owner is proud of their wheels? Or because they want to brag about their wheels? The list can go on. It appears that for every person with your view, there are others who think the opposite. It doesn't make either position more morally valuable.

But I'm thinking about stripping all existing decals off the bike and wheels entirely and going with a Stars and Stripes theme.

I get your thinking. I just don't care for the all-black look myself. I would be willing to put the name brand decals on, since they are those wheels. It's not like I'm posing they're sponsoring me. It's just the brand of wheel.

The more lettering the better as far as I’m concerned. I’ve got branding on everything from my chainring bolts to my bar ends.

Jen, l have had custom vinyl Shimano decals made. I supplied the artwork, which was obtained from the internet. Cost less than $10 bucks for three decals.

I had replacement decals made by a local sign shop. Frame decals and wheel decals at various times. They are identical to the original. The wheel decals happen to be Reynolds wheels (Solitude) just by coincidence.

In addition to the already suggested knock-off companies offering them with many different brands and colors on ebay, you could get these and make them say just about anything you want. I got some that say "ROUND ONES" as an homage to a friend of mine who would use that reply any time someone asked on a forum which wheels they should get.
