I did not realize Theo Bos was 35 years old. I was watching Worlds and he was really moving in the kilo. Very impressive.

Yup. 35 is the new 25.

Another example, Jennie Reed's racing age was 34 when she won silver in the 2012 London Olympics.

Jeannie Longo was a few seconds off the bronze medal at the 2008 Olympics at age 49 years 10 months.
