590 tires ...
I posted this in the wrong thread ( C&V $$), so am trying it here. Would like to get some idea of what brands/models ran 590 tires (1-3/8X26, but not really ...) ??

I second nlerner's recommendation. Wish they made them for 700c as well.

The answer to that is virtually all 3 speeds. Certainly all British and Japanese made bike boom era 3 speeds. It was once a very common size.
Be aware that some Schwinn 3 speeds used S6 ISO 597. This size was rare 30 years ago, and is nearly extinct now.

There were European bikes made with 590 rims as well. My daughter's 10 speed Sedazzari with Nisi rims for example.
