Homeric?

A friend of mine would like to know the approximate age and perhaps the make/model of this loop-frame. It says Homeric on the headbadge.

The model is "roadster," specifically a lady's model.

The date is hard to guess. Bikes like this were made in England from the World War I era through the World War II era and (in smaller numbers) much later. And they were made in other parts of the world. They may still make them in India, China, etc.

That's all I can say without a closer look. I would look the bike over for any branding marks or the like. Are any words visible on the saddle?
