Help on this bike

Hi all I have this very old electric bike, which did have lead acid batteries x 2 but I replaced for a 16Ah lithium one, the bike in this picture isn't mine, but 1 for sale which is exact same as mine. But with no basket at front. its called a Phillips thats with 2 x L not as name Philips I believe it was made by Raleigh. I really do need to know if there is a Manuel out there for this bike.. I cant be the only one with this type of bike apart from this one in picture. for sale. I did contact person but had no reply back.

Also on side of bike near pedals, it says S&S Motors Castleton. I have even e-mailed them but they also did not reply

So what exactly are you asking? Use words if necessary.

I was expecting a more better reply than this. what have I typed above

Well considering I asked for a Manuel or any help on this bike like more info etc I would have thought my question was obvious

I need to know if anyone can help or know a place for parts. like for instance maybe a new motor or complete new back wheel as its a bit noisy now

If you describe the issue, then we can help. Saying "help me please" on the internet isn't conducive to receiving helpful responses. What sort of noise is the rear wheel making? A creak, tick, groan, whirr, squeal, click, etc... Also where is the noise coming from? Be specific. The hub, spokes, rim, etc. What sort of use has the item received? Ridden in the rain or deep water? Stored outside? Are you especially heavy? What sort of maintenance schedule is it on? Does it sit outside all the time or is it in the garage? How old is it? These are all important parts of diagnosing your issue.
