Eco Cycles in Nashville, TN

Anyone have any dealings with Eco Cycles in Nashville. They're one of the few US vendors selling the Tongsheng TSDZ2, which I'm strongly considering for converting my wife's bike. They have a nice web site but that's not any measure of how well they treat their customers.

This is my first venture into the world of e-bikes other than a quick ride on a friend's RadCity.

Thanks

I don't have experience with that company, but I did just buy a TSDZ2 motor. I ended up converting my old cyclocross bike and it has worked out well. You won't regret buying the kit and it's less pricey than a BBS. Good luck!

Thanks. I ended up ordering a TSDZ2 kit from Eco Cycles. I saw some good recommendations for this company on Bent Riders On Line. David Hall of Eco Cycles was great about answering all my questions, giving me a lot of comfort about their expertise and continued support. I'm hopeful that the kit will arrive early next week.

I have since ordered from this firm and am very impressed with their support. I had initially sent some questions via email, which received a very quick and well detailed answer. The TSDZ-2 kit that I ended up ordering was shipped quickly. There was a slight mix-up in the order, but Eco Cycles corrected it quickly and actually went way beyond to satisfy.

Yep. So to answer my own original question ... Eco Cycles is a great vendor to deal with.

Yes, the owner is quick to respond and answer questions which is why I went with them for my motor.
