Your description is using a broad brush that is painting us mountain bikers, that have a few drinks, as alcoholics.
Shame on you.

I'm not talking smack because I drank my ass off in my 20's and early 30's (haven't touched a drop since 2003), but once you become a non drinker you laugh at how stupid the marketing is. I mean the beer in that can could be Schaefer's piss water, but put a hip looking label on it with bikes and everything and charge 300% more then everyone wants it because it makes them feel sophisticated

It’s so main stream to drink bear and ride bikes and yes I’m not a main stream person.
I get having a restaurant bicycle shop. That makes sense. Alcohol in restaurant is fine. I just don’t need to hear about beer every time I see a mountain bike.
Craft beer is about as exciting as one of them Gwyneth Paltrow candles.

If you don’t want to drink beer then don’t. Nobody really cares if you don’t drink beer. Why do care that others do?
Where do you get this idea that you need to drink beer to fit in?
If you are finding that you are not fitting in, perhaps it is not because you don’t drink, but rather because you are complaining about others drinking and disparaging one of their passions and pleasures (craft beer).

Do you, in fact, hear about beer every time you see a mountain bike? Where is this actually happening to you?

You don’t need to drink to fit in with mtb culture. You can fit jn without drinking. Nobody expects it of you.
If someone somehow gets it in their head that the DO need to drink to fit in to MTB culture....sorry, but that is their issue. I’m not going to ask the whole world to ban alcohol because someone who has never had a drink can’t even witness a beer being consumed without thinking they have to do so themselves.
I am beginning to wonder if you have much actual exposure to people who mountain bike. Do you actually know people who have a beer in the lot afterwards? Have you felt pressure from them to drink? You seem to have this image of people sitting around playing drinking games and making each other guzzle beer bongs. This is not a frat party.

Well
kids where I live say that it is a frat party and they nor I ride with this particular group
but I will say that alcoholism does start with one drink (those that can’t control the dopamine in their body are at high risk for addiction)

maybe you need better friends? I ride with a pretty diverse group im a non religious beer drinking vegetarian not all I ride with are and guess what they are ok with it. So am I. I don't pressure them to not eat meat or have philosophical questions we just ride have fun and enjoy life. they don't pressure me at all. quite a number of craft beer places locally I enjoy them more than the water of bud coors etc. I am not drinking myself into liver damage by having one with dinner here and there. done like beer dont have one. plenty of YT mountain bikers who dont drink and ride with plenty who do. btw you misspelled beer that's one area of pressure you would need to correct
