Navigating with a Bryton rider 40

Dear all,

I'm considering to buy a Bryton 40, I saw that you can load routes in there and it will navigate you without maps installed. Can anyone tell me if this works nicely? Does it guide you well? And what happens when you take a wrong turn?

Thanks a lot!
